Vernon is an entrepreneur, creative visionary, and founder of Group Fly, a lifestyle brand and creative agency he launched in 2008 from a small home office. Today, Group Fly works with clients around the world, including organizations such as the Oklahoma City Thunder, Los Angeles Dodgers, Langston University, and national brands like Zumiez.

Beyond business, Vernon is passionate about giving back. He co-founded Urban Bridge, a nonprofit focused on creating hope, opportunity, and transformation in underserved communities.
