Sam Roberts is an integral part of the Directional Leadership Team at Life.Church, serving as the Campus Leadership Pastor. In this role, Sam is directly responsible for the leadership and staff at Life.Church’s 46 campuses across the country. With his natural ability to encourage, coach, and spiritually motivate people, Sam empowers teams to lead with excellence and continue to align with the vision of Life.Church.

Beyond overseeing the campus leadership team, Sam also manages the Life.Church worship ministry and multiple campus operational teams. These include Location Support, New Location Development, Real Estate, Central Host Team, Central Operations, and the Legacy Team. His comprehensive leadership ensures that every aspect of Life.Church’s operations runs smoothly and effectively.

Sam and his wife, Jayme, live in Guthrie, Oklahoma, and have six children. In his downtime, Sam enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family, building lasting memories together. As a coffee connoisseur, you can often find him savoring a Colombian or Ethiopian pour-over.
